From the Nero di Troia grapes a red wine and a rosé wine are produced, both belonging to the D.O.C “Castel del Monte Nero di Troia”.
The “Nero di Troia” is among the oldest Apulian vines.
First used as a cutting grape, today it is increasingly valued in processing in purity. It is a structured and long-lived wine, with a ruby color, a fruity aroma rich in polyphenols.
The Company’s wine project, sees as main subject the “VANDALO”, “Nero di Troia” in purity of great structure and extraordinary pleasantness, now belonging to the D.O.C.G. “Castel del Monte Nero di Troia Riserva”.
The “Vandalo” is followed from two other wines obtained from “Nero di Troia” in purity: the “ROSSO COCEVOLA” and the “ROSATO COCEVOLA”, this last one vinified in white. “
